E kuqja e Beratit, frut i rrushit autokton shqiptar Vlosh, e vjeteruar ne fuci lisi, me karakteristikat e saj te pangjashme ne ngjyre, arome dhe shije eshte thjeshte e paarritshme duke e merituar plotesisht kete emertim. Keshillohet te shijohet ne temperaturen 18-20.
