Sparkling wine, rifermented in the bottle for up to 18 months from a home grown variety known as Shesh i Bardhe. It is of straw yellowed color with gold reflections. It’s fine and persistent flavor is reminiscent of apple,peach and rose’s flowers. You can enjoy it with rissoto and fish based dishes. Appropriate as a base for fruit cocktails. Perfectly accompanies desserts and fresh fruits.
